Handing in the Jewel Case

Today in class I finally submitted my dvd cover jewel case. We were suppose to hand in our video segment part of the cpt today but since two of the group members Joyce and Jorissa decided not to show up for half of the class and instead decided to make cupcakes, we were a bit behind. Therefore Joyce had her punishment by having to stay behind and finish editing her things. Tomorrow it Tuesday and I will not be at school therefore I won't be making a blog post. Instead, I will be studying for my chemistry exam.

Starting the Jewel Case

Today in class I started working on my dvd cover jewel case. On Monday, I hope to already have my dvd cover design already finished so I can finally submit it to Mr. Goldbloom.

Filming the Ending

Today in class, my group members and I, finally finished filming the last segment part of our video. In the first 10 minutes of class, I memorized my lines for the conclusion and we then quickly started filming because we had a short limited time with the camera equipment. By Monday, I hope to have my dvd jewel case cover done and my techies group members Joyce and Brenda finish putting the final product of the video together.

Filming the School

Today in class my group memebers and I went around Brebeuf and different classes to film segments for our video. Tomorrow I hope to remeber my lines for the ending segment for thr film segment so we can start filming and putting everything together.

Filming the Niners

Today in class, since Brenda was not here today the rest of Joyce and the homies decided to go into Brebeuf Square to start filming Jorissa's segment where she interviews the grade nines. We retrived three grade 9 students from their class and started filming. By the end of the week, I hope to have the editing for the my intro and Jorissa's interviewing segment done.

Editing Cpt Writing

Today in class, I was told my Mr. Goldbloom that I still had to edit my News Story CPT writing. Therefore in class today I worked on editing my news story and making some last changes. By tomorrow,  I hope to find someone who has been through bullying and is open to share their story with me so I can include it in my news story. By the near end of the week, I hope to finally finish the writing and hand it in.

Finishing Pan Crop

Today in class I continued working on my pan crop assignment. On Monday, my group members and I are going to start filming Jorissa's segment for the group part of the CPT.

Pan Crop DAY #1

Today in class I worked on my pan crop part of the CPT, which is due by the end of the day tomorrow. I got about half way done. By tomorrow, I hope to finish the rest of the pan crop and hand it in.

Filming Jorissa

Today in class we started to film Jorissa's video segment. Unfortunely today we were unable to find any grade 9 students to interview and there was also not enough time. Therefore by tomorrow, I hope to have some grade 9 students ready to interviewed and everything will be set up and ready to go.

Finishing the Intro

Today in class, we were able to finish the opening intro for film segment. I memorized my lines and we went straight to work. Since Jorissa was not here today, tomorrow we plan to have Jorissa interview some of the grade nines to get extra insider details for the assignment.

60 Second Spot

Today in class I started to take a look at the 60 second pan crop part of the CPT. I reviewed the marking scheme and the requirements that are needed. I also praticed my lines for the opening and ending intro for the News Brief. By tomorrow I hope to  have all my lines remembered for the News Brief and start my pancrop.

Filming

Today in class we started to film the beginning intro for the video segment. I sat down at a desk and praticed saying my lines from the script. On Monday we hope to finish the intro and ending of the video(which is said by me).

Lights Camera Action

Today in class Joyce and the homies dressed up in blazers and other accesories to prepare for the opening intro. Joyce and Brenda had hands on use with the video camera, while Jorissa and I were on camera.  Tomorrow we hope to get the rest of the intro done and put together.

Taking Pictures

Today my group members and I took the time to go around Brebeuf and take a couple of picture for our assignment. We took pictures of the hallways, some of the paintings on the walls, and the front of the school as well. By Wednesday, we plan on filming me and my producer partner Jorissa on our role as the reporters.

Getting Ideas

Today in class me and Jorissa have planned out the the entire script, while Joyce and Brenda are looking at news videos on Youtube to get some ideas the video that we are going to produce for this assignment, On Monday, I hope that we will be ready to get started on the production.

The Script and Cameras

Today my tech partner producer Jorissa and I got started on the script and are about half-way done. Joyce and Brenda had pratice using the camera and video equipment. At the end of class tomorrow, I hope that the script will be done so that the production of filming can begin.

Getting to Work

Today in class Mr. Goldbloom gave some ideas and good points for the producers and techies in each group. Each person in the group has a clear idea of what their role is and we are now coming up with ideas for the assignment. Me and my producer partner Jorissa have started working and hope to get the script and writing done by Friday so the techies Brenda and Joyce can get started on the editing and what not. 

Getting Started

Today was the pre-production of broadcasting CPT. All four of my group members were present today and so we were able to discuss the roles and work that we will all be doing for the project. Tomorrow is the first day where we will be able to gain knowledge on how to use the camera and video equipment. By tomorrow, I hope that every person in my group including myself will be clear and on what roles we play in this assignment and know how to properly use the camera equipment .

Today I reviewed the marking scheme for the broadcast CPT. The people for my group have been selected. By tomorrow I hope to have each member of my group be assigned a certain task for the CPT.
